About the job:

This role requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management, and leadership in guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch impactful products.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis. Manage backlogs and workflows.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features.
  • Conduct market research and customer discovery to refine value propositions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality standards; organize testing and feedback.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years in technical roles.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills for remote, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs; familiarity with A/B testing.
  • Experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus.
