What You'll Be Doing:
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to spec, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
  • Managing your own section (grill, fry, or prep) with confidence and speed
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen operations
  • Helping maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with food regulations
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
