Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Oplossen en afhandelen van complexe storingen
  • Beheren, implementeren en configureren van Windows Servers
  • Analyseren/troubleshooten van ICT-problemen
  • Samenwerken met de systeembeheerders en consultants
  • Signaleren van problemen en deze behandelen met verkoop en het management
  • Zorgen voor een gedegen documentatie van je klantomgeving en de verantwoordelijkheid dat deze up to date blijft.
  • Dragen van verantwoordelijkheid van de registratie van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden na een klantbezoek aan jouw klanten.

Wat heb je hiervoor nodig?
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Behaalde certificeringen als MS-102, AZ-104, of bereid deze te halen
  • Kennis van en ervaring met back-up oplossingen, bij voorkeur Veeam
  • Kennis van en ervaring met Beheren, implementeren en configureren van Windows Servers
  • Kennis en ervaring van Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
  • Kennis en ervaring van Microsoft Azure (pré)
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
