Overview

Role Title - Festive Retail Associate - Liffey Valley - 20 hours per week. Temporary role until 27/12/2025. You will be based in Liffey Valley but will be required to travel to different stores within your zone. Please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence. You will need to complete your full shift between the working hours of 9am and 5pm. The Christmas period is our busiest time and leave in December cannot be authorised.

Shift pattern - 5 hours on Monday, 5 hours on Tuesday, 5 hours on Wednesday & 5 hours on Thursday. You are expected to start by mid November at the latest. You will be working alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use several apps to streamline work.

Note: DCK is a leading fashion jewellery company working with well-known retailers and high street fashion brands.

Responsibilities
  • Merchandising products to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Receiving and putting out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards in-store
  • Setting up promotional activities
  • Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with OS Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
