A mid-sized but busy, Legal 500-ranked firm in Dublin city is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join its thriving property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality transactions in a collaborative and supportive environment, with excellent career development prospects and work-life balance.

What You'll Do:

Advise on all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, licences, and development agreements

Handle acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant matters

Conduct due diligence and manage title, planning, and property queries

Liaise with clients, agents, and counsel, delivering practical and timely advice

Support partners and supervise junior team members as needed

What You Bring:

3+ years' PQE in real estate/property law from a respected firm

Solid experience in commercial property transactions and leasing

Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Proactive, detail-focused, and client-centred approach

A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, high-quality workload
