We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Michelin-starred Lady Helen Restaurant.

The Role

The main purpose is to deliver 5* service across the Lady Helen Michelin-starred restaurant.

Duties
  • Assist in achieving maximum profitability in all areas.
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards in dining outlets.
  • Provide the highest level of service at all times.
  • Train and monitor staff performance.
  • Manage rosters and payroll costs effectively.
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and a 5* guest experience.

The role suits an experienced hospitality professional with fine dining experience and a focus on service excellence.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
  • At least one year of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality and Food & Beverage is advantageous.
  • A customer-focused approach with leadership skills to mentor staff.
  • Ability to identify operational improvements.
  • Own transport required; no live-in accommodation available.
