A Medical Device company based in Galway, which has successfully launched several new products into the US market, is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. The company is embarking on an exciting journey to significantly scale its manufacturing, operations, and production capabilities.

This role is a new growth opportunity within the organization, ideal for a seasoned Senior Manufacturing Engineer seeking a career pathway into management.

Required Experience:
  • Degree in Manufacturing, Production, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device sector
  • Extensive experience in leading and applying Lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Familiarity with automation and robotics in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of design verification and process validations, especially related to equipment and manufacturing processes
  • Proven ability to develop and mentor team members
