Antac is a leading provider of high-quality Facility services to a diverse range of sectors, including the Ministry of Defence (MoD), hospitals, educational institutions, and commercial properties. We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Administrator to join our team and support the MoD Housing contract on a full time, permanent basis. You will be fundamental in managing a wide variety of administrative processes and procedures to ensure that the data is accurate at all times for reporting to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support across a fast paced and busy commercial team in both Larkhill and Faringdon
  • Completing TWC paperwork with a high level of accuracy
  • Supporting with building measures for work being completed by our engineers across various sites within the contract
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to manage the process
  • Maintain a wide variety of commercial administration processes and procedures
  • Accurately maintain data within the systems and trackers

Skills & Experience:

  • You will have worked within a commercial team previously, and have the knowledge and experience to improve processes
  • Ideally you will come from a finance background, and have the ability to analyse data
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Process driven and able to follow guidance while making suggestions
  • Experienced in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Driving license will be required as you will be working and travelling to multiple sites
  • Ability to pass BPSS clearance as you will be working on the MOD Contract
