Overview

Senior Trader - Football role at Flutter UK & Ireland. The Flutter UK & Ireland Trading Team are always thinking one step ahead. Whether we're making decisions in the moment during big sporting events, using data to create innovative solutions, or enhancing our operations to ensure that our customers enjoy a smooth experience. Responsibilities
  • Own and upgrade our football trading tools from concept through release, setting the roadmap and success metrics.
  • Partner with Automation teams to embed AI and machine‑learning techniques into the teams ways of working.
  • Drive performance improvements using data insights and smarter trader interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Traders, Quants and Analytics specialists to launch innovative market types and features.
  • Spearhead new strategies and tool releases through clear communication, demos and written guidance.
  • Mentor and upskill teammates, sharing best practice and fostering a high‑performance culture.
