My client, a leading Irish bank, currently has a vacancy on their Financial Control team to assist with a procurement system upgrade.
This is initially an 8-month contract with hybrid working arrangements in Dublin 4.
Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Collaborate across Finance and Procurement to ensure effective communication and design of the new Group Procurement system.
- Analyze and interpret Finance design proposals for accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure all testing deliverables are completed on time.
- Report data issues via the standard JIRA process, monitor data remediation, and check results.
- Work with Finance and project teams to prevent misalignment.
- Analyze procurement spend data to ensure comprehensive inclusion and accurate financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Procurement Operations or Finance, with working knowledge of Coupa or other procurement systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence positively and collaborate effectively.
