As part of our on-going growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Assistant Project Manager based at our Manufacturing Facility in Broomfield, Co. Monaghan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the success of our projects by ensuring smooth administrative operations, tracking key project elements, and supporting the team in achieving milestones efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools and familiarity with raising purchase orders beneficial.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and verify order details to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in setting up and tracking new projects, maintaining organized records for each.
  • Oversee and update project timelines, identifying potential delays and coordinating resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed project costings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
