We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior or Principal Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge user interfaces for our web applications.

This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, particularly Vue.js and Tailwind CSS, and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive architectural decisions.

As a senior/principal member of the team, you will be instrumental in shaping our frontend strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Frontend Development: Architect, build, test, and deploy complex, user-centric frontend features using Vue.js, Pinia, Vue Router, and Tailwind CSS.

● Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other frontend engineers, promoting best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and accessibility.

● Architecture & Design: Contribute significantly to frontend architecture decisions, evaluate new technologies, and establish patterns for building scalable and maintainable UI components and systems.

● Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA Testers in an agile environment to translate requirements and designs into high-quality technical solutions.

● Performance & Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring our applications are fast, responsive, and efficient.

● Code Quality & Standards: Champion high standards for code quality, maintainability, and test coverage through code reviews, automated testing, and documentation.

● Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in frontend development and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

● Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and provide robust, well-reasoned solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

● Extensive Frontend Experience: 5+ years (Senior) / 8+ years (Principal) of professional experience in frontend development, building complex web applications.

● Deep Vue.js Expertise: Proven, in-depth experience with Vue.js (Vue 2/Vue 3) and its ecosystem (Vuex/Pinia, Vue Router). Demonstrable ability to build sophisticated, component-based UIs.

● Strong Tailwind CSS Skills: Significant experience using Tailwind CSS for utility-first styling, building responsive layouts, and creating custom design systems.

● Testing: Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

● Build Tools: Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack).

● Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Gitflow).

● API Integration: Experience consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

● Leadership & Mentoring (Principal): Proven experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical direction.

● Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Experience with state management patterns beyond Vuex/Pinia.

● Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) standards.

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

● Understanding of backend technologies or full-stack experience.

● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

● Contributions to open-source projects.
