Requirements- Candidates must hold or be in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence.
The role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker is to provide care to our Service Users. We support your development in delivering high-quality care, maintaining professional relationships with team members and Service Users.
Our goal is to support people in reaching their full potential and leading meaningful lives through our services.
Daily Responsibilities- Supporting people with their daily plans
- Supporting people in the community
- Supporting education, skills development, and personal outcomes
- Supporting with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits
- Adhering to all policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
- Shift work over 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; training provided
- Social Care Workers: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
- Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential
- Positive attitude and passion for supporting people
- Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of obtaining one
