Job Title: Visual Merchandiser Manager

As the Visual Merchandiser Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of a clear and coherent customer journey throughout the stores by respecting all COS standards and guidelines. In this role, you support a team of Visual Merchandisers within your responsible stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Offer customers excellent direct customer service by establishing extensive knowledge of trends, products, and styling across the Store Team.
  2. Ensure excellent indirect customer service by delivering an impactful store experience and clear customer journey.
  3. Analyze selling information and service results, taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store to maximize sales performance.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers to achieve high visual standards in your responsible stores.
  5. Conduct visual changes in collaboration with the store management team and define the customer journey when needed.
  6. Identify future talents and develop plans to support their progression.
  7. Set visual merchandising standards for your responsible stores and train the team to understand the COS collection, key products, and inspiration background.
  8. Communicate regularly with Area Visual and provide feedback to the Area and Store Management Teams.

What You Need to Succeed:Knowledge
  • Understanding of the latest trends, fashion, and silhouettes.
  • Experience with visual merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling.
  • Knowledge of operational routines in-store.
  • Experience using commercial KPIs and sales data to inform VM actions.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Experience leading or supervising a team is advantageous.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-standard, inspirational, and commercial VM.
  • Experience managing store VM activations, including window and mannequin changes, promotional setups, and layouts.
  • Successful collaboration with store management to achieve goals.
Additional Information:

This is a full-time position with a 39-hour weekly contract at our COS store in Dublin, Wicklow St. Please apply by sending your CV in English as soon as possible.
