Job Description & Skills RequiredWorking as part of a team in a very busy office environment, duties included in the role are (but not limited to): Answering calls and emails from customers and answering queries, processing orders, confirming account balances and taking payments. Liaising with the warehouse staff where required on dispatch of orders and tracking orders via courier. The role also includes generating invoices for customers based on the orders taken. The right candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook and Excel. Full training will be provided on the use of Sage 50 Accounts and Barscan 50 for order processing.
Candidate RequirementsEssential:
- Minimum Experience Required (Years): 1 Year of sales assistant Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Level 4 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme)
- Additional Skills: None
- Specialising In: Customer Service, Microsoft Office Outlook
- Ability Skills: Administration, Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills
- Competency Skills: Teamwork, Time Management
