We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the flagship store in Dublin. Store Manager Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets

  • Take full ownership of daily operations, stock management, and merchandising standards

  • Deliver against KPIs while maintaining our premium brand image

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential

  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and overall store profitability

About You

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader in a fast-paced, assisted sales, customer-centric environment

  • A strong understanding of luxury or lifestyle retail, ideally in homeware, fashion or high end retail

  • Commercially savvy with a strong focus on results and team development

  • Flexible, positive, and ready to embrace change in a growing retail business
