Currently, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Dublin 12.

What you will do

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our production lines. You will work closely with our production supervisors to ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to our safety regulations.

How you will do it
  1. Supervises, assigns, and coordinates the work activities with line leads.
  2. Delivers morning toolbox talks, safety updates, etc.
  3. Trains or informs employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations, work policies, etc.
  4. Ensures company policies and procedures are always adhered to by staff on site.
  5. Ensures all H&S regulations are always adhered to.
  6. Works with team to achieve deadlines.
  7. Ensures product is produced to a high standard.
  8. Engages with, coordinates training, and reviews performance of new employees.
  9. Monitors performance of team to ensure high level of productivity.

  3. Experience from metal, food, or high-tech industry.
  4. Skill in both verbal and written communication.
  5. Hands-on approach.
  6. Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
