Position Details- Contract (Maternity Leave): 26.5 hours per week + sleep-in shifts
- Reference Number: 2025-011C
- Closing Date: May 27th, 2025
The successful applicant will support individuals to achieve valued social roles and participate in meaningful activities. You will advocate for their needs and develop their Individual Plans.
QualificationsRelevant 3rd level qualification in Social Care or equivalent (minimum Level 7). Must be eligible for CORU registration.
Candidate Requirements- Experience supporting individuals with high and/or complex needs
- Genuine interest in facilitating positive change
- Excellent listening, advocacy, and communication skills
- Commitment to rights, inclusion, and equality
- Flexibility to respond to service needs
- Knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
- IT skills are preferable
- Full driver's license
- Irish Garda Vetting & Reference checks
- Work authorization for non-EU applicants
- Overseas Police Clearance if applicable
€33,863 - €50,954 per annum (based on full-time 39 hours/week)
