Misty Croft is excited to announce the opening of a new residential service and is currently recruiting for Full Time, Part Time & Relief Social Care Workers for their Separated Children Seeking International Protection Centre, located between Kells & Navan, Co. Meath.
Who We Are
Misty Croft was established to provide high-quality residential and ancillary services to young people seeking international protection. We are committed to working intensively with young people and support networks through a clearly identified model of care, where reflective practice is central to all engagements.
We promote the values of therapeutic child and youth care engagement in a safe environment where the young person is at the centre of all planning, activities, decision-making, interventions, and review processes.
Separated children seeking international protection are under 18, outside their country of origin, and may be in need of international protection. They are often separated from their parents or legal/care givers and may have experienced significant trauma and high vulnerability.
As a Social Care Worker / Relief Social Care Worker, working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential centre. You will work closely with the Social Care Team Leader and Social Care Manager to create and maintain a warm, accepting, and secure environment for the young people, playing a key role in delivering the highest standards of therapeutic residential services.

- Attractive starting salary for Full Time Social Care Workers €44,187 - €47,412 per annum (depending on experience), inclusive of sleeping time and premiums.
