Mane are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Commercial and Industrial electrical projects across Dublin.

This role involves managing site operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and site teams to implement project plans effectively.
Oversee procurement, logistics, and material management to maintain efficiency on-site.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Manage subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring optimal performance and workflow.
Provide regular progress reports, financial tracking, and risk assessments to senior management.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
Conduct site inspections and audits to uphold quality assurance and safety compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational challenges that arise during project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical project management within the construction or engineering sector.
Degree or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical installations, power distribution, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Valid Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications are an advantage.
21 days annual leave with annual increase after 3 years.
