A Tier 1 Irish law firm in Dublin with a market-leading tax practice has an opportunity at Senior Associate level for an experienced Tax Advisor. The firm is one of Ireland's leading law firms, renowned for providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of domestic and international clients. Their Tax Group is at the forefront of complex tax advisory work, collaborating closely with our corporate, finance, capital markets, and real estate teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on intricate tax matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financial transactions, and international tax planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert tax advice on a broad range of transactions and advisory matters.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on complex deals and structures.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's tax practice through thought leadership and participation in industry initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute (CTA)
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a leading tax practice, with a focus on Irish tax law.
  • Proven track record in advising on complex tax matters and transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
