At Quantcast, we're redefining what's possible in digital advertising. As a global Demand Side Platform (DSP) powered by AI, we help marketers connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable results across the Open Web. Our foundation is built on cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics, giving our clients the tools they need to drive success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Since our start in 2006, we've pioneered industry firsts—from launching the original measurement platform for digital publishers to introducing the first AI-driven DSP. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that thrives on creating transformative solutions, Quantcast is the perfect place to grow your career.

The Quantcast People Operations team is looking for a motivated HR professional to support our teams across the employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, responding to employee inquiries, managing the contingent worker process, updating employee data in our HRIS, and other people operations projects as needed.

You will support all teams across EMEA & APAC and play an important role in our People & Places team. You will be a key member of the HR team and a trusted partner and subject matter expert to our employee population. You will be responsible for coordinating and hosting our new hire onboarding experience, responding to employee questions, and owning essential HR operational functions. You will be an ambassador for Quantcast and an important point of contact for all our team members.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support of people operations across the employee lifecycle - pre-onboarding, onboarding, HR processes, reporting line updates, and offboarding.
  2. Manage the full lifecycle for contingent workers—onboarding, extensions, off-boarding, and troubleshooting.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and queries related to HR, payroll, time off, benefits, etc.
  4. Support global payroll processing in collaboration with Accounting, Benefits, and payroll vendor.
  5. Manage immigration/visa cases with our employees and legal counsel.
  6. Action standard reporting requests & data retrieval on all employee data (including Verification of Employment).
  7. Work in partnership with our L&D team to coordinate details around Quantcast's new hire company onboarding.
  8. Assist in completing All Hands company meeting slides (new hires, anniversaries, and promotions).
  9. Lead or co-lead the new hire HR/Benefits orientation session on a bi-weekly basis.
  10. Own upkeep of HR intranet pages and policy updates.
  11. Support Benefits team as needed.
  12. As a member of the HR Ops team, propose and suggest process improvement changes and participate in a wide variety of HR projects & programs.
  13. Maintain confidential information in compliance with HR and company policies.
Requirements:
  1. University degree, preferably with a focus on HR, organizational design, psychology, or related experience.
  2. 1-2 years of HR Operations experience.
  3. Experience with a HRIS system (Workday is a big plus).
  4. High integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  5. Very strong Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  6. Solid attention to detail, highly organized and process-driven.
  7. Excellent communicator and presenter.
  8. Flexible and adaptable, willing to dive in and help on a wide range of tasks.
  9. Strong interpersonal, cross-team collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  10. Customer-focused mindset.

At Quantcast, we craft offers that reflect your unique skills, expertise, and geographic location. We actively ensure individuals with disabilities receive the accommodations they need to thrive—from the application process to daily work life. If you need assistance, we're here to help.
