A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

Hot on the heels of a new client win, we're looking for a senior designer to join our team. You'll be experienced in delivering real cut-through creative solutions, built on strong creative thinking and an obsessive focus on the finer details. You'll be capable of delivering creative ideas that cross the full spectrum of customer touchpoints, and your portfolio will have plenty of examples of success.

The role requires a designer who is very articulate in relaying design thinking to clients, can present with rigor, maintains brand standards, helps in leading the team, and contributes to the overall creative vision.

To help us achieve our goal, we are looking for a strong, highly motivated and designer to join us in this exciting ambition.

As a Senior Designer you will be an experienced integrated designer, comfortable taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client's brand guidelines. You will be producing design to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Delivering strong creative solutions across our client's channels.
• To be responsible for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
• To develop a deep understanding of our client's customer and the marketing strategy, to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on the consumer.
• To pitch creative solutions in response to marketing needs.
• To oversee and manage the preparation of all finished artworks and content, that comply with specifications.
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• A passion for creative thinking and design.
• A deep affinity with layout and typography, across static and motion.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
• Consistent record of taking on, interpreting and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work under your own initiative.
• Evidence of a capacity to work collaboratively with clients.
• Confident in bringing your own ideas and creativity to projects whilst working to brand standards, across a variety of design collateral.
• Strong client liaison, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships.
• Effectively organising and prioritising workloads to manage client delivery whilst simultaneously influencing clients with your own creative ideas.
• Excellent Adobe CS skills.
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus.
• On-and-offline design experience with an emphasis on digital.
• Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
• Experience of working within regulated industries is beneficial.
