2K is headquartered in Novato, California and is a wholly owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO). Founded in 2005, 2K Games is a global video game company, publishing titles developed by influential game development studios. Our studios include Visual Concepts, Firaxis, Hangar 13, CatDaddy, Cloud Chamber, 31st Union, HB Studios, and 2K SportsLab. Our portfolio spans sports, shooters, action, role-playing, strategy, casual, and family entertainment.

What Makes Our Grad Program So Great?

The Grad Programme is a 21-month journey with onboarding and training to bring everyone to the same level. Foundation training takes place in Dublin, Ireland, requiring travel to Dublin for 9–10 weeks from mid-July 2026. The program lets you explore different facets of the gaming industry and discover your passions.

Publishing: Beyond Books and Into the Gaming World

Publishing encompasses more than game development. You may manage advertising (internal and external), coordinate budgets, explore marketing technology, shape live services, lead growth initiatives, analyze player insights, craft global marketing strategies, and implement go-to-market plans. These rotations offer a taste of the Grad Programme.

What Will I Be Doing?

The graduate program begins in July 2026 and lasts 21 months, with a rotation-based structure. You'll experience different areas of the business in Dublin and may have a rotation in an international office. The goal is to build three essential skill sets: analytical, technical, and commercial, with development over time.

Starting salary is €39,000, with salary reviews during the programme. Benefits include private medical insurance, pension, dental insurance, annual bonus, life insurance, a company phone, a monthly fitness allowance, office gym access, personal training, physio, free food, and more.

What Happens After the Grad Program?

After 21 months, graduates can specialize and apply for permanent roles in digital marketing, marketing technology, analytics, or other areas. You'll have training in essential skills (e.g., advanced Excel, project management) to prepare for e-commerce and related roles.
