We are now accepting applications for the Adare Manor Trainee Manager Development Programme - a 3 Year Level 7, Hotel Management Degree via MTU, fully funded by Adare Manor. Closing date for applications is September 20, 2025. This programme will commence in November 2025. Start your third level education with the Adare Manor Trainee Manager Development Programme. Earn €30,000 a year while gaining real hotel experience and studying towards a 3-year Hotel Management degree - fully funded by Adare Manor. A unique chance to learn and grow.

The purpose of our Trainee Manager Development Programme is to develop individuals into managers and leaders within Adare Manor & the wider world of luxury hospitality. This programme is designed to focus on each individual's potential growth into management roles and to assist them with becoming future leaders of our dynamic industry. The programme is a blend of practical and theory. Adare Manor is where you will spend your 3 years learning and working alongside industry professionals, while your academic and theoretical studies will take place with a combination of online and in-person classes at MTU Tralee.

To be eligible for this programme;

  • Applicants under 23 years of age must have passed 5 subjects in the Leaving Cert including Maths and English.
  • Mature applicants, i.e. applicants over the age of 23 by 31st December 2025, are not required to have a Leaving Certificate.

This programme will require candidates to spend 2 blocks of 4 weeks per annum at MTU Kerry Campus's state-of-the-art facilities in the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism Department. During this period, a number of modules will be delivered.
