Corporate Paralegal - Legal SEC Filings & Equity Administration (Dublin)MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Dublin, working within our hybrid model. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company and tackle diverse challenges. The ideal candidate will be smart, passionate, and driven, with a proven record of success.Responsibilities:Draft and file SEC disclosures, including Section 16 filings.Prepare and manage board and stockholder resolutions and consents.Support shareholder meetings, including proxy statement preparation.Maintain corporate records.Assist with international subsidiary management.Review and negotiate nondisclosure agreements.Support due diligence for M&A and financing transactions.Liaise with internal and external legal teams and service providers.Assist with international equity administration.Requirements:Bachelor's degree and/or relevant paralegal qualification/accreditation.5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.Proven success in-house or at a reputable law firm.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Strong attention to detail.MongoDB is dedicated to the well-being of our employees and offers a supportive and enriching culture, including employee affinity groups, fertility assistance, and generous parental leave.MongoDB is an equal opportunities employer and committed to providing accommodations for individuals with disabilities in our application and interview process.How to ApplyInterested in this position?
