Job Description:ITALIAN - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Our client, a Galway-based healthcare business, seeks to hire a customer service representative who can speak fluent Italian. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager.
This role will have hybrid working options after a probation period, with the role based in Galway City.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns efficiently and effectively, resolving issues related to the company's products, including complaints, queries, refunds, etc.
- Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Representing the company professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
- Completing documentation according to in-house standards and ensuring compliance with all procedures.
- Working safely at all times.
- Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service role (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
