Our client is seeking a CRM developer with specialty on the Microsoft stack (D365, Power Platform, Azure, etc.) to work on their business applications.

You will be responsible for developing, testing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise-level CRM solutions using MS Dynamics 365, Power-Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Azure Functions, C# and SQL Server.

You will also play a key role in integrating cloud-based solutions and automating data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.

You will join a small IT team and in this hands-on role you will:

  • Develop and Customize CRM Solutions: maintain and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerApps to meet business needs. Role will involve requirements gathering.
  • Integrate Systems and Automate Data Flows: Use Azure Data Factory to integrate various cloud-based systems and automate data flows between enterprise applications and a data warehouse.
  • Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot and support CRM systems by identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Handle Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for all solutions, including technical specs, user manuals, and logs of changes.

Experience:

  1. Over 5+ years working on Microsoft stack technologies – including:
    1. developing CRM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365
    2. Expertise in using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps)
    3. Working knowledge of Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory.
  2. Strong proficiency in C#, or .NET Framework
  3. Experience with SQL database management, integration technologies, and REST APIs.
  4. Good communication skills combined with strong stakeholder engagement and management.
