Job Location – Cork City Area

Salary – BOE (Excellent Packages)

About the Company

My client is a leading Property developer who specialise in delivering high standard of residential developments including houses and apartments across ROI. Projects range in value from €5M to €500M.

They require an experience Clerk of Works to assist with the successful completion of residential developments in Dublin City.

Immediate Starts available.

The Role

  • Report to Project Manager and Site Manager.
  • Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
  • Attend progress meetings.
  • Inspect building materials and sample to check the quality.
  • Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
  • Check completed works and ensue they are in line with project plans.
  • Attend inspections, snagging and handover.
  • Report any issues to Senior Management in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Must have 10 years' experience in a Construction Management role including Senior Engineer, Site Manager, Project Manager – with a Main Contractor or Property Developer.
  • Construction Qualification or Trade Qualification
  • Experience working on residential developments is essential.
  • Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
