This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to how a business really operates, work closely with experienced finance and non-finance professionals, and develop the skills that will shape your future career.

Why this role?
- You'll support senior stakeholders and gain visibility across a broad range of business activity.
- You'll be involved in real commercial decisions and learn how to influence them through financial insight.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with business case development and provide financial input into new initiatives.
- Analyse financial performance and support the preparation of insightful reports and recommendations.
- Help prepare presentations for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Support non-finance colleagues in understanding the financial drivers of their area.
- Get involved in wider team and group-level projects where needed.
About you:
- Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years PQE.
- Strong Excel skills and a good grasp of financial systems.
- Comfortable analysing data and explaining your insights in a clear, business-friendly way.
- Eager to learn, collaborate and take ownership where appropriate.
