Position Summary: Pfizer Corporate Treasury is seeking a recently qualified finance graduate or junior professional to join its Treasury team based in Dublin. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to begin a career in Corporate Treasury or to build on existing experience. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for money market, FX, derivatives, collateral management, custody instructions, reconciliations, intercompany netting, hedging, and project support within Treasury Operations. Additional finance responsibilities will also be part of the role to ensure smooth treasury operations.

This hybrid role (2-3 days in the office per week) is based at Pfizer's Dublin Treasury Centre in the Watermarque Building, Dublin 4. The Dublin treasury team, comprising approximately 18 members, provides comprehensive treasury and in-house banking services to Pfizer affiliates worldwide. The Treasury Operations team plays a key role across all activities and interacts with external partners (banks, custodians) and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Managing accounts payable and vendor relationships, including purchase order creation and invoice processing
  • Maintaining Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI)
  • Setting up and maintaining treasury management system (Quantum) static data
  • Overseeing regulatory reporting
  • Handling intercompany loan and deposit documentation

Treasury Operations:

  • Reconciliation of nostro accounts daily, liaising with internal and external parties to resolve discrepancies
  • Preparing end-of-day reports
  • Managing EMIR daily reporting and reconciliation
  • Ensuring timely settlement of securities trades

Other Responsibilities:

  • Document management
  • Office supplies management
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum 2.1 honours degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar environment is advantageous but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interest in data analytics is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Interest in financial markets

Work Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office)
