This role is based in Kill, Co. Kildare, with flexible and hybrid working supported.

Your mission

Reporting to the UK & Ireland Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers to source, engage, and secure the best candidates. You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial talent attraction through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
You will proactively build pipelines of exceptional talent, own creative sourcing of candidates through a variety of channels and collaborate closely with Talent Management team to drive internal mobility.
With a sharp focus on delivering an inclusive recruitment process, you will champion best practice and help us deliver greater diversity in our organisation.

Who are we looking for?
  • Significant Recruitment experience – whether from an agency or in-house setting
  • Background in recruiting across the construction, civil engineering, or adjacent sectors is beneficial but not essential
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passion for sourcing top talent and building strong candidate pipelines
