Job Description:

About the Position

Working closely with all levels of management, you will become the document controller on a number of large infrastructure-related construction/engineering projects across Ireland. These projects range from road to rail to water developments. You will have full responsibility for your projects and the opportunity to develop a team around you.

Experience/Requirements

  • Coordinate the creation of project-related documents.
  • Liaise with engineering departments to coordinate schedules.
  • Manage related databases.
  • Work with H&S and Quality Engineers to ensure relevant documentation is acquired.
  • Participate in and assist with training on in-house procedures.
  • Work towards goals and objectives set by the management team, striving to meet them efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 3 years of document control experience.
  • A related Engineering qualification.
  • Ideally, experience in engineering projects.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Interaxo is an advantage.
