  8. Analyze ITSM Activities and Provide Feedback to Development Teams on Operational Gaps or Resiliency Concerns.
  9. Provide System Design Consulting, Capacity Planning, and Launch Reviews to Ensure Smooth Service Deployment.
  10. Support CI/CD Pipeline for Promoting Software into Higher Environments through Validation and Operational Gating, Leading DevOps Automation and Best Practices.
  11. Maintain Services by Measuring and Monitoring Availability, Latency, and Overall System Health.
  12. Sustainably Scale Systems through Automation and Evolution, Driving Changes that Improve Reliability and Velocity.
  13. Collaborate with a Global Team Across Multiple Geographies and Time Zones.
  14. Share Knowledge, Explain Processes, and Mentor Junior Resources.
  15. Perform On-Call Duties on a Rotational Basis and Participate in Off-Hours Work When Required.
  16. Possess an Inclination for Training and Be Willing to Mentor Others.

Requirements

Must Have:

  2. Linux Proficiency
  3. SQL Knowledge
  4. Monitoring Tool Expertise - Splunk/Dynatrace or Equivalent
