Overview

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to work with our Ford team in Spirit Ford South Dublin, Sandyford.

What you will need
  • Experience working in vehicle parts environment will be a distinct advantage
  • Great communication skills with a friendly, sociable and professional attitude
  • Proficiency with office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • An strong interest in working in the motor industry
  • An understanding of vehicle parts lifecycle and processes in the motor industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken English essential
  • EEA / UK citizenship or have a current valid unrestricted work permit
Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the parts manager you will be working in our busy Spirit Motor Group Vehicle parts department with a team of skilled parts advisors.
  • You will be processing high volume parts sales from enquiry to delivery, for retail, trade, internal and external customers by telephone, online and at the trade counter.
  • You will be providing quotes for parts and accessories both internally and externally as well as working with the team on stock storage in line with procedures.
  • You will be reviewing stock inventory and contributing to the annual stock take.
