Audi Wexford is currently seeking a service advisor to join our dedicated team.

Our service advisors act as the link between our skilled workshop technicians and our customers during service visits. They serve as the frontline in delivering customer-focused service at our retail center.

The role requires you to assist in the service department professionally to ensure excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.

Duties And Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the first point of contact with customers via telephone, email, or face-to-face, aiming to convert queries into service bookings when appropriate.
  2. Generate documentation related to service bookings.
  3. Meet and greet customers promptly and courteously.
  4. Handle vehicle reception and handover processes.
  5. Agree on costs and deadlines with customers, clarifying issues related to service or repair.
  6. Monitor vehicle service progress and communicate with customers regarding changes in costs, delivery times, or additional services, seeking approval as needed.
  7. Work efficiently and professionally as part of a team.
  8. Liaise with other departments such as management, reception, warranty, parts, and sales.
