Established in November 2007, our consultancy advises occupiers, funders, commercial property owners, and advisers. We provide professional expertise with a focus on technical and managerial skills for project management and technical due diligence.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chartered Building Surveyor at The Building Consultancy (Ireland).
The role is primarily located in Dublin but allows for remote working 2-3 days per week.
The day-to-day tasks include conducting Building Surveys, Condition Surveys, and Dilapidations Surveys. The role will also involve managing fit-out and refurbishment projects, and BCAR related responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Chartered status with SCSI and/or RICS.
- Registered Building Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or related field
