There has never been a more exciting time to join us. We are recruiting for a Security Supervisor.

Reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager, the Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations to protect the hotel property, guests, and employees.

The ideal candidate must hold a PAS door & static guard qualification and a full clean Irish/EU driver's licence. Hospitality or customer-facing experience is preferable.

Operational Responsibilities
  • Manage daily security operations
  • Oversee access control processes
  • Investigate incidents and report findings
  • Develop and implement SOPs
  • Manage rostering for day and night teams
  • Conduct training as required
  • Handle lost and found items
  • Supervise and support both day and night teams
  • Flexible shift patterns available to suit the right candidate
