Competition & Regulation Lawyers NQ-Senior Associate - Dublin / Cork. Responsibilities
  • Merger control under the EU and Irish merger control rules
  • Antitrust investigations
  • State aid and foreign subsidies regulation
  • Public procurement law
  • Economic and sectoral regulation, including telecommunications, broadcasting, postal services, energy and transport (aviation, bus and rail)
The person

You have a strong academic track record, are experienced in competition law, and keen to further develop your skills in this specialist area. You are client-focused, capable of managing a diverse workload, and able to deliver quality, commercially-focused advice working collaboratively across the practice. You will thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment and enjoy establishing relationships with a diverse range of clients and colleagues. You may choose to be based in Dublin or Cork.
