The Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to a client in their own home. You'll work as part of a nurse-led care team and be fully supported by your local Clinical Nurse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care in line with the client's care plan
  • Prioritise the comfort, dignity, and individual needs of the client
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with family members
  • Promote a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect
  • Work confidently within your Scope of Practice (NMBI 2015)
  • Adhere to the NMBI Code of Professional Conduct

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse on the live NMBI register
  • Previous community-based experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided
  • Paediatric experience is desirable
