At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Plumbing Sales Expert to join our client's growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Plumbing Salesperson to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
  • Identify and target new leads and potential customers in both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored plumbing solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Generate new sales through outbound calls, in-person meetings, and other business development techniques.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations regarding plumbing products, services, and system installations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing systems, products, and industry trends to provide customers with expert guidance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to show the features, benefits, and value of plumbing products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide excellent pre-sale and post-sale support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale, including quotes, contracts, and follow-up communication.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the plumbing installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist the marketing team by providing insights and feedback on customer needs and product preferences.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and promote products/services.
Experience you need:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing sales or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and network effectively with clients and industry professionals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Technical aptitude to understand plumbing systems and products.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
