MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Ensures new product is placed on the floor within visual guidelines in a timely manner
  2. Assists with key product launches, product levels, and sell through
  3. Hanging/steaming/organising apparel both front and back of house
  4. Ensuring all promotional materials, marketing signage, product signage and graphics, etc. are up to date and utilised as directed
  5. Ensures mannequins and walls are set according to the momentum guide and refreshed as required
  6. Develop product knowledge of store merchandise
  7. Keeping up to date with current seasonal trends
  8. May participate in new store openings as requested
  9. Maintaining back of house organisation
  10. Perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  1. Visual Merchandising experience
  2. Team player
  3. Self-motivation, creativity, and organization are a must in this role.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a healthy team relationship
  5. Embraces NB Lifestyle and has an affinity with the New Balance Brand
  6. Able to work early hours to execute initiatives before store opening
  7. Flexible work schedule includes weekends and holidays
  8. Depending on the location, may require some travel
