Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and help our customers find the perfect Christmas gifts while creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Work as part of a team to deliver targets and business goals
  • Be flexible with hours, including late nights, weekends and key trading dates
  • Share ideas with the team to help everyone succeed
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Qualifications
  • A passion for customer service and delivering a great experience
  • Availability and flexibility to include late nights, weekends and key trading dates
  • Experience working within a team to deliver targets and business goals
  • A strong work ethic and confidence to share ideas to succeed together
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior retail experience would be an advantage
