Job Description:Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. The locations for these services are in Sligo. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
A successful candidate will have:
- A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
- Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
- Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
- Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
- Full Clean Manual Driving License
