One of Ireland's largest automotive retail groups with many dealerships in the Dublin area is now hiring a Service Advisor to join their team.

About the role:

Based in Dublin 12 , fulltime onsite Monday to Friday, this role includes:

  • Providing the end to end service of a customer vehicle service journey
  • Meeting and greeting all service customers
  • Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, walk-in
  • Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work
  • Maintaining up to date progress on each of your customer vehicles when undergoing service and/or repair,
  • Advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs
  • Handing the serviced vehicle over at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed and processing payment.
  • Liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, parts
  • assisting with gathering customer service feedback

Skills And Experience
  • at least 1 years' experience in a similar role working in the Motor industry
  • good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English)
  • a working knowledge of ADP/Kerridge - further training can be provided
  • proven experience in providing excellent service to front line customers
  • ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage time effectively particularly at peak times
  • a driving licence valid for Ireland
  • Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit
