The team are hiring for BIM Leads to join their Dublin operation. Excellence in Revit and BIM is essential.

Candidates must have previous BIM experience in Ireland, and desirable experience working with large-scale schemes. The suitable BIM Lead will have excellence in Revit software and be an expert in everything BIM. The team work in central Dublin with easy connection and transport links. The Role: You'll be expected to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, with key commissions coming across Data Centres, Education, Residential, Workplace and Hospitality/Retail sectors. A varied mix of typology brings opportunity to work on different projects of all shapes, styles and sizes.

This position will play a key part in supporting project execution teams across various project stages including: initial design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration and completion - for a diverse array of data center developments and large scale infrastructure work. As a BIM Lead you'll be expected to be on top of refining all BIM tools, creating revit families, updating libraries, templates and specific BIM processes. Mentoring BIM to all staff levels will be an essential part of the role, helping build the quality and strength of the BIM knowledge across the group.

Requirements:

- ISO 19650 Experience

- Strong BIM excellence and competency

- This role will primarily be office based

- Opportunities to work across offices within the group

Salary: Salary is very competitive and depends solely on experience and the knowledge you can bring to the team. Figures are circa €62,000 – 73,000 but highly flexible. If the right candidate has higher expectations, this will be reviewed. Benefits package is attractive and includes holiday, flexible working and pension.
