QAQC Manager – M&E (Norway)

Generous Allowance in Addition to Salary + Regular Return Flights – Immediately Available candidates

A leading M&E contractor seeks a QAQC Manager (M&E) for a major data centre project in Norway. Our client operates across Ireland, Europe, and the UK in sectors like Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, and Data Centres.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Prepare handover docs, test records, and O&M manuals.
  • Coordinate commissioning of M&E systems with teams and stakeholders.
  • Review and finalize inspection/test documentation.
  • Deliver completed handover packages to the client.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during installation and inspections.
  • Conduct quality checks, manage defect closeouts.
  • Oversee proper testing execution on-site.
  • Collaborate with construction managers and clients on quality and installation issues.
  • Attend quality meetings and contribute to weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (or Electrical/Mechanical Trade Qualification).
  • 3+ years in a similar QAQC role.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E installation and commissioning.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be in Ireland or EU and eligible to work in Europe.
