Your Job
  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and for delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Maintain health and safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and first aid where required.
  • Perform Front Office duties, including running the night audit report and checking in/out guests.
  • Food & Beverage service during night hours.
  • Clean the hotel lobby and meeting room areas.
  • Lead the team to achieve goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
  • Lead and develop the Night team, preparing them for the next step in their careers.
  • Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.
What You'll Need
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
  • Experience in a 3- or 4-star hotel is desirable but not essential
