Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce marketing agency that partners with ambitious direct-to-consumer brands to drive profitable growth. With a strong leadership team and proven success across sectors such as beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and wellness, they are now seeking a Marketing & Growth Leader to join their leadership team and help shape the next phase of the agency's journey.

The Role

This is a leadership role, responsible for driving performance across paid media and retention channels, managing relationships with key clients, and ensuring the agency continues to lead in innovation and delivery. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and growth across the team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and retention marketing (email, SMS, loyalty).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, strengthening relationships and ensuring profitable growth.
  • Translate performance data and market insights into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Oversee creative and performance-led campaigns across multiple eCommerce verticals.
  • Support the professional development of the team through mentoring, training, and external learning opportunities.
  • Keep the agency at the forefront of industry change, from AI adoption to emerging platform algorithms and creative trends.
  • Work alongside the leadership team to shape agency strategy and contribute to decision-making at the highest level.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record of scaling DTC/eCommerce brands or working across multiple accounts in a high-performing agency.
  • Deep knowledge of paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and retention marketing channels.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance client growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in client-facing settings.
  • Passion for eCommerce, digital innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a collaborative leadership style.
