Description: CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR

Hours: Day Shift/Night Shift

Pay rate: €15.41 basic + €2.50 site allowance per hour (as per ERO)

€1 per hour Sunday allowance

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Verifiable 5-year Work History
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • ARC experience would be an advantage
  • The ability to multitask and work within a team

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work within the Command Centre according to shift rotas, providing high-quality customer service
  • Work under the direction of the Control Room Manager or supervisor, following policies and procedures
  • Monitor remote signalling/CCTV systems using installed equipment
  • Respond appropriately to alarm systems and dispatch emergency services
  • Track and trace mobile dispatch operations
  • Review and edit reports regularly
  • Work effectively within a team and multitask as required
